Went to this particular Fogo this past week. We had been to the one in Denver a couple of years ago and enjoyed the experience. This place... not so much.
I gave it two stars because the meats were very, very good. However, everything else you would want in a restaurant was terrible. Start with value... I don't mind paying good money for a great meal if everything about the place works, but the food vs the cost does not line up. Also, and my real beef with this place, was the ambiance. Again, if you pay good money you should want a nice atmosphere. This place is just a little north of a cafeteria! Tables are cramped, very loud and just not a good atmosphere to have an intimate dinner with friends would you could actually have a discussion at the table. You read about it, look at the menu and pictures and you form an expectation of what you will get. For me this place did not live up to expectations.
