Pinky's in Huntersville is definitely worth a try.
I've ordered take out a few times but have also visited the restaurant and eaten in. Here's my latest experience.
The food: Wonderful. I ordered a Nature Boy - which is their vegetarian burger. I believe it's a mixture of beans and sweet potatoes, but whatever it is... it's even more delicious than their regular beef burgers. Although I'm not a vegetarian, this is my go to burger that they offer.
The fried pickles and fried squash are also my favorite. They come out pretty crispy and both taste really good with a little bit of ranch dressing.
Atmosphere is loud - but tolerable. Lots of music and interesting things to look at on the walls. We had three different people helping us. One person took our appetizer order and another took our meal order. You can tell they try really hard to make sure you're taken care of quickly. All servers and hosts had really good attitudes and were professional.
Price are reasonable also! Only thing that I'm not a huge fan of are all of the paper products and plastic they use. My burger came in a really small paper basket(?) and it was hard to manage.
Overall - very good. Will be back!
