| - DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had- EVER! Let me give you a rundown of all the events that took place during my time at Fuchsia. I called on Thursday 2/12 to make an appt after reading the reviews. I spoke to the front desk girl and she was able to get me in that Saturday. They were having a promo for first time clients- a massage and facial for $99. I took it! She asked for my credit card info to 'hold' my appt. This is pretty standard, so I proceeded to give her my info. She confirmed my appt for Saturday 2/21 at 12pm. I walked into Fuchsia at 12pm and told the front desk girl my name and appt time. She said I don't show you in the system. I said I made an appt on Thursday and I was confirmed for today. She confirmed that she had my credit card info (convenient) on file however an appt was not booked. Pretty comical. I said no worries and I wanted to walk out. She insisted they were able to find some people to take me. Thanks, I guess? I was walked to the 'relaxation room' (I was NOT relaxed at all at this point) to wait for my masseuse to come. A tiny girl called my name and walked me back to my room. I didn't want to judge a book by its cover and looks can be deceiving. She asked me what my problem area was, I STRESSED I carry my tension all in my neck and shoulders as I am in front of the computer for 8+ hours. I asked her to specifically focus on my shoulders and neck (1st time). I undressed and laid on my stomach. She walked in and started the massage. Her massage was not a massage. She was CARESSING me. I asked her to please go deeper as I am not feeling much (2nd time) she said ok. She proceeded to CARESS my neck and shoulders. At this point, I was angry. I wanted to walk out. I asked her again (THIRD time) to please go deeper as I am not feeling anything, she said sure thing. And NOTHING. Just caressing me. I needed a deep tissue massage not a joke of a massage!! At this point, I was fidgety and wanted to get the hell out there. Then the unthinkable happened, she sneezed ON ME and it all landed on my left shoulder. I was livid. Disgusted. Then she said ok we are all done. Did we even start? She started working on me at 12:16pm and was done at 12:51- this is NOT anywhere near an hour. I got dressed as quickly as I could and walked back out to the relaxation room waiting for my facial. The guy called my name and walked back to the room. It was his last day; he was using someone else's room and didn't know where any of the products were. He started my facial. All was ok, the normal steps of a facial. I confirmed he was doing extractions (normal facial) that are mostly focused on the black heads on your nose and he said yes. The only extractions that were done was one on my cheek and one on my forward? Hm. He put a product on my face that started burning very badly, I asked if this was normal he said yes. I knew it wasn't because my eyes were burning as well. I was done w my facial at 1:53; again nowhere near the one hour time slot. My experience with the facial wasn't great, but it wasn't amazing either. I walked out to the front desk to pay. I stated that I would of wanted to deeper massage and her response "I suggest you tell that to the person you're making an appointment with so they know who to schedule you with." I bit my tongue. I DID BUT YOU DIDN'T PUT MY APPOINTMENT IN THE SYSTEM! I just wanted to get out of there. I was more stressed and unrelaxed walking out than walking into Fuchsia. The whole experience was just horrible and unprofessional. I added gratuity to the bill for both parties, something I very much so regret. I will never, ever, ever go back to this place of business- ever.
