  • This company and its sister companies (Mr. Sparky and others) are a rip off. Way overpriced and the techs try to sell you things you don't need. They wanted me to replace a faucet that was only five years old because they said they couldn't fix the leak in the hose in the pull out part of the faucet and charge me over $200 just to install the faucet. I cancelled the appointment and I was able to fix it for $5. And 15 minutes work. The technician also tried to sell me a new tank for a reverse osmosis for $200 plus installation fees. I called the company directly and got the tank for $50. Took me about 5 minutes to put it in. I had called mr. Sparky and Mr Rooter in the past for some new Construction. They were two to four times more than any of the other bids I received. Will never do business with either of them.
