  • Review from my father: We contracted with Maya Event Co. and Sumaya for planning a Graduation ceremony for my daughter in May, 2016. Sumaya was very professional starting from selecting the venue, developing the contract, setting up the expectations by both parties, and explaining the important steps for a successful event. She was friendly, courteous, and extremely prompt in responding to questions during the process. Sumaya communicated the details of the event very clearly and coordinated between the owner of the venue, us and the DJ for the event without any reservations. The number of expected guests was about 350, which made me very nervous, since it required a quality set up, and required a great level of preparation. Sumaya helped us in every step of the way by advising us appropriately and giving us mental support throughout. During the day of the event, when I requested her to MC the program with me she gladly accepted and quickly sat down with me to become familiarized with the script of the entire program. The details activities during the night of the event was taken care of very smoothly by Sumaya and her staff without me being involved at all. I have received many accolades from the guests who attended the event regarding the location, gorgeous set up of the venue, and smooth running of the program. I would highly recommend Sumaya without any reservations to anyone who is considering using an event planner for any kind of a gathering, i.e, graduation ceremony, engagement and wedding events. From my personal experience, I can guarantee that Maya Event Co. and Sumaya will exceed expectations and help anyone with a very successful event.
