I recommend avoiding this Apple Store. We went with a frayed USB iPhone cable to see if they would replace this. A concierge said we'd have to wait an hour and 20 minutes to talk with a technician who could determine if we were eligible for a free replacement. The issue was straightforward, and insisting on a technical analysis of a frayed cable seemed ridiculous. At other Apple stores, I have had similarly frayed cables replaced without argument in 5 minutes. So the problem is with this store's policy.
