| - Clearly this is a big national franchise perhaps? Call goes to a call center. Owner too busy to take call themselves. So, set the appt. 11-2pm time frame, thought I dial Cox cable by mistake. I waited, waited, waited, called the call center, they said guy was on his way over an hour ago, outside the 11-2pm btw. My guess is price would of be massive, but I canceled, I certainly don't want to do business with a place that doesn't show up, literally, they didn't show up! Or where the owner let's a call center run their business, to collect the large checks. I won't call them again, too many good companies to use these guys. Now just need to find one...lol
