  • They have great customer service! I placed an order and did not read the fine line below stating that the milk and cookie package may incur an extra delivery charge if the recipient was unavailable. I sent this gift to Vdara hotel not sure if my friend would be in her room at the time of delivery. So, I quickly sent and email stating only send cookies no milk and shortly after called the Cookie Bar to ensure they received my message. Jenny answered the phone so upbeat and friendly and as I explained my situation she had already received and read my email and was on top of solving the problem! I haven't even tasted the cookies, but I so appreciate this type of service. I hope my friend enjoys her surprise and I will be sure to place an order for myself as well!
