rev:text	I'll start off by saying that I USED TO love this place. It isn't cheap and it isn't close to my home. But I liked it so much I spend (honestly), hundreds of dollars and made the commute down there just to see all the friendly people and buy premium juice. Unfortunately, as they are super stoked to take your money they don't do anything when you have a product that you NEVER OPENED and want to exchange it for something else. Yah that's right, I'm not even trying to get my money back. All I wanted was to exchange it for something that I actually liked. (I tried the juice at a friends house before it came in the mail, that's how I knew I didn't like it). They made a bunch of excuses why they wouldn't take it back. Whatever. Annoying but not a huge deal. Next, I buy French Dude. (I love this flavor) But I get home and open the box. It's missing the keychain (that you can potentially win $1000 if you have the yellow one), sticker and button. I call up and ask if they come with everything in it. They guy tells me yes. So this means that the employees are getting the boxes, going through them and taking things out. I can guarantee that one of them got lucky and "won" $1000. That's really screwed up. Its not like I thought I'd win the grand. But it's just fun to check the box and get extra things. For them to tamper with merchandise is so foul and deceptive. Then the guy tells me that I can come back because they have extras. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE EXTRAS?!?? There's no reason you'd have extras. They come pre packaged. I will never come back here again. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
