I have several pieces of Arhaus furniture.
I custom ordered a king size barrister bed in Echo cigar leather January 8. Delivery was suppose to be in 10-12 weeks. On May 12, 22 weeks later, the bed was delivered in the wrong leather. I did get a call on April 20 offering me a 10% discount for my wait. I went to the store in Legacy Village on May 12 to discuss the error and ask for a remedy. I was put off by my original salesperson, Dana, telling me that dye lots in leather vary (the delivered bed had mahogany undertones instead of the amber undertones of the cigar leather I ordered). And thus began my protracted "customer service"????
I am waiting for my replacement bed. And, I would not say that customer service is a strong suit of Arhaus Furniture!!!!!!! I love their products, when they are properly delivered as ordered; the quality is superb.
I predict that their customer service will be their Waterloo.
