  • Best bowl of ramen in town. I had the tonkotsu and the broth is hands down the most thick and flavorful I've had in the metro area. The pork is a bit fatty, but it's so tender and good! The only issues I have is the place is pretty small, so you sometimes have to wait a while to be seated. Service is dicey as well. I give the food 5 stars, but the other factors knock it down to 4.5 stars.
