  • So, I am a member of LVAC and I always see cryotherapy motion when I head out from my workout..Today I decided to go inside and try them out. When I walk in there, its a girl with a mohawk sitting at the front desk. I said, hello do you all have a menu available or list of services? She said to me the food spot is next door..This is cryotherapy..I said, I know where I am I am not looking for food. I am a 228lb woman and I am 5'3 you could see how that comment would offend me...I was going to continue but I decided why should I give this place my money...I told her I am not looking for food and the comment she made was rude,so I am going to leave. She wouldn't give me her name and she said no manager was around....if she felt she didnt do anything wrong she would have gave me her name...Management should do better they will lose lots of business with her being the first point of contact....
