  • I am sure this vendor is competent. What was unfortunate is they would not come out to inspect my new home to give me a quote for ongoing services without charging me. As such they gave up potential long term work order. How do I know what all I need not being a bug/pest expert myself in order to maintain my home and grounds? A phone quote going off what I think I need isn't effective. I will look into other vendors who want to build the relationship to obtain the work.
