  • This was my first experience with Earnhardt Lexus and I'm proud to say it won't be my last. Thank you Bull, Doug, and Jan for taking care of us! Jan is the sales associate we worked with and he was very professional, friendly, and patient. He worked hard to make our experience enjoyable and tried to help us get in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. When we test drove the vehicles he was extremely informative about the features and ensured we made a good decision for us. He also walked us around the dealership to introduce us to associates who can help us with servicing and technology needs. The cherry on top was the Earnhardt Bull stuffed animal he brought out for our toddler. It's the little things that make an experience go from good to exceptional, and Jan and Earnhardt Lexus are doing them very well. I highly recommend!
