  • Nightmare rental experience. They helped 1-2 other customers while we were there for about an hour to pick up our rental car. Three employees at the counter when we walked in and we had to wait about 10 minutes before any of them could help us. I had been telling people for months the good deal I have gotten by using a triple a discount so we could get a free additional driver added as this was a discount listed on both dollar and AAAs website. The first agent I spoke with ask me to prove that I had seen such a deal online and since I was in a different location than when I had found it before I was struggling to find it she asked us to stand aside so she could help the next customers that had just walked in the door. So then a manager came out and started looking up up and she apologized because she said that that discount should be on there but she couldn't figure out how to get it to go on there and after struggling for a while she was finally able to get the discount at it on and was slightly apologetic. They gave us the keys then to a car and asked us to go out and check for dents the car honestly did not have a surface that was not dented or scratched it was dirty and even the interior was dirty. At this point we had been at the rental agency close to an hour they said if we could wait a while they could get somebody to clean the car but we had just about had it at that point so we said don't worry about it. We didn't have any problems with the car and when we did return it we were pleasantly surprised that an old man that maybe works there give us a ride to the airport he was only Pleasant employee at this location. We booked here because it was so much cheaper than the airport location but after that experience it wasn't worth it and we would highly recommend you go somewhere else
