This place gets a one star for the horrible attitude of the manager, Andrea. Not only is she arrogant, she is rude, indifferent, inflexible, and cares very little about repeat business and client goodwill.
Further, the shop's return/exchange policy is shit. With the store quickly becoming redundant due to revitalization of Holts, the Bay and new boutiques, why would you shop here when you can pay full retail at a place with a customer focused business model?
If there's something you can't get elsewhere, just try it on at shop Nyla and then buy it on amazon and save yourself 50%.
If this was anywhere but toronto, this store would have disappeared long ago... Elsewhere, there's no room for poor attitude and poor customer policies.
