| - Absolutely do NOT recommend!!!!
No customer service, no professionalism and they overcharged ridiculously! My dog didn't even get better after taking her here, I had to take her to another vet who took much better care of her and she got better in a matter of days. I feel I got ripped off and regret giving them my money, I wish I could get it back!!
Since I moved to this area I wanted to find a good new vet for my my pup, Sofi. She had some weird big gross rash that wasn't going away so I made an appointment to bring her in.
From the beginning the lady on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed I was calling. I got in and they were short with us, no customer service whatsoever. We finally go in to a room with our pup and it was so small it was awkward to sit in, it was dirty and everything was uncomfortably old.
The first lady walks in to take her vitals and even she looked unhygienic, her hair was a mess and looked dirty and so did her clothes. She asked a little about our dog and then kept trying to tell us what it was or what it wasn't and correcting us. She wasn't even vet and her opinion was not appreciated.
The vet was with us for a whole 2 minutes, took a **quick** look at her and left. The First Lady came back and the proposed treatment was +/- $700 with the consult and such. Absolutely ridiculous. They proposed a shot that would be working for 14 days so we did that but when I asked what side effects we would look for or how soon we could expect to see improvement she said it probably won't even work. Seriously?!?!
I waited 14 days and the rash was still getting worse so I took her to a different vet. Not only with the new vet did she get instantly better with the ointment they prescribed it was considerably less costly. They were awesome and gave me a little take home care package for her. (Kaibab animal hospital in scottsdale, they're the best!)
To top it off, I got a follow up call from the lady on behalf of the vet to see how Sofi was doing about 7 days in from her shot. I told her that it wasn't getting better at all and what the vet would recommend and she just dismissed my question and gave me her own suggestions, again, this is a young woman, not the vet. I asked her to have the vet recommend something for me to do and she didn't even want to, she insisted on giving me her own ideas. I finally got frustrated and told her I need the vet's recommendation to please get back to me with that. Haven't heard back from the vet to this day.
