  • We stopped in for an early dinner and drinks. This was quite a pleasant surprise. Great vibe. Christmas music was playing along with jazz and French jazz and some bluesy tunes. This was around 4:30 on a Tuesday. We each a draught. They have a supply of board games so we played a little Trivial Pursuit while we drank. My friend had the fish and chips, she thought they were good, I had the pulled pork sandwich with a salad, nice, not the greatest but really no complaint. The Local has a such a cozy feel. We will be back.
