  • I only gave it one star so I can leave a comment. DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE. The staff is rude and lazy. I went to the Mesa location for my medical records because they said they could not give them to me and found out that was untrue. The Mesa staff was very pleasant and helpful. The chandler location was the worse experience ever. The hallway had throw up on the floor and wall to the walk way both times I went to visit. Seriously go at your own risk. You will regret it.
