Had an appointment for surgery for my dog. Got a call the day before asking to change my appointment times because the doctor wanted to talk about the "game plan" for my dog. No problem, I showed up at that time. On the voice mail, they reminded me not to feed my dog before midnight so I assumed everything was still a go. When I show up in the morning the doctor doesn't want to do the surgery. Don't have someone not feed their pet, call in late to work, and drive all the way to you if your planning on not doing anything. If they would have left an honest voicemail saying that the doctor wasn't going to do it, then I would probably still be using this vet. But I find wasting my time is the worst thing a business can do.
