  • I called them in a pinch for birthday flowers for my mom. I forgot about the time zone change, and it was afternoon in Cleveland (calling from LA). Even though the delivery person had already left, the owner said she would personally deliver to my mom, who lives around the corner. That level of customer service is unheard of these days! I'm not saying they will do this in every case, but when I was in a pinch, she selflessly helped me, and for that I will be forever grateful. Thank you!! p.s. My mom showed me the flowers and they were beautiful too!
