  • Urgent Care .... U-R-G-E-N-T-L-Y! Brought my daughter in for abdominal pain and was greeted by the nurses at the front desk who instructed me to sign in at the kiosk a few feet away. Once in triage the nurses were all in good spirits and worked urgently to get answers to questions, take blood pressure & blood work. When placed in an open room, the registration clerk (she was awesome!)took my insurance card & ID and had me sign disclosure forms. Total time here was about 3.5 hours once the tests and procedures were completed. This ER has a pediatric center which helped speed up care for my child. I am blown away by the sense of urgency & teamwork Southern Hills exampled!! Thank you all to the staff @ Southern Hills ER!!!
