Ugh. If cox weren't so expensive I'd go back. In theory century link is less expensive, however they will not send us bills on a consistent basis. Century Link is the only account we have that falls into delinquency because they do not bill consistently. They kill our service every couple of months, and when I contact them to pay they over charge me. then we get back into the same cycle. The last time I asked to speak with a supervisor because I was tired of constantly asking for paper billing and being told the problem is corrected (but it's not), and the service rep I was speaking with hung up on me. Very armature act with zero customer service.
