I had dinner here with a friend a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't been to this restaurant in at least 5 years and I was really surprised at the changes to the menu. I came in thinking this was mostly a burger place but the choices for healthy sides & entrees they offer is really impressive! I was able to order salmon with mashed cauliflower & steamed green beans for under 450 calories. And because all the healthy substitutions are listed as options on the menu, you don't feel like "that girl" requesting no butter or substituting salad for fries.
If you're dieting or just a healthy eater, I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday for their wide variety of tasty, low cal options. Of course if you're a regular eater, they have plenty of tempting steaks & burgers, too.
