  • This place is amazing! The cars are beautiful, the service waiting room is excellent, the staff were friendly. My salesmen (Scott Soulliere and Thomas) were the most professional car salesman I've met. I've had 3 cars prior to the purchase of my Lexus and all the 3 times I bought a car...I felt like the dealer were just trying to push me in a car so they can make a quick sale. I felt like my dealers (Scott and Thomas) wanted to help me to get the car I wanted and the payment I was comfortable with. They were not pushy and they didn't try to get me into another car they wanted to get rid of....we push numbers around and they got me into the car I wanted. Also when I went in a week later to pick up my green slip...they came by and stop to say hi and me ask me if there was anything else they could do to make my experience more amazing with Lexus. These guys don't stop...even after you bought the car they still treat you with the same professionalism as before you bought from them. Texting me and setting up appointments for me..that's great customer service. I've never been treated like this from my past experiences of buying cars, not sure if Lexus requires them to do this but I know these guys went far and beyond the Lexus customer skills handbook to give me one of the most amazing car buying experience ever. This review is just about the dealership and my salesmen...I forgot about the car...car is pretty sick too! Very happy with it! Happy they got me in it. Best bet I will stay a Lexus guy from now on because the service I got was exceptional. This is coming from a Mercedes fan too. Thank you again Scott and Thomas! I know why Lexus of LV is such a successful place cause they have guys like y'all on their team. See you when Im ready to get my RCF! Hahaha! Thanks again fellas!
