  • Let start off by saying that I don't usually write reviews on Yelp especially bad ones because I don't want to be that person BUT in this instance I feel the need to make an exception. I went into this particular Basha's this morning, very quiet only 2 other people at the register waiting to pay and the cashier (a gentlemen wearing a non white "Basha's" dress shirt) was having issues with the register. This man get's off one register and goes to another while trying to ring up a person. Apparently this did not work and he stated he had tried on a couple other registers as they weren't working. Rather then apologizing to the customers that were there he proceeded to say "They registers aren't working you will all need to come back later". No apology just come back and this was said in a very non caring way. He was visibly irritated at this which I understand but this was not the customers fault. The LACK of customer service is awful and the fact that he was not in uniform leads me to believe that he may have had a supervisory position and if this is true then that speaks volumes of what lack of customer service training employees have. I proceed to put my stuff back and walk out when another cashier comes out and actually gets the registers to work, mind you this is while i'm already walking out. I overhear the cashier say he got it to work. Rather than stop me from leaving as the register was working he looks right at me and lets me walk out. I look at the other customers that were in line and they looked super confused. I don't go to Basha's normally but based on this experience alone I would never go to Basha's again! There's a reason they aren't the go to stores out here it seems!
