  • WOW !!! Why aren't I surprised...that's why car mechanics have such a bad reputation. In the mail we received a $10 off certificate for any service, so our vehicle needs a radiator flush. Simple we were going to make a appt. and get this done (knowing it probably would be alittle more expensive then your local shop. Oh well it's better than that, the person answering the phone was a typical sales person only thing he was interested in was to say it probably needs more than that so we would have to get a diagnostic costing at least $50 and we could put that towards the charge. Because as he said "it probably has other things wrong with it if you have over 100,000 miles - not knowing the vehicle or not knowing us (who take care of our cars with the utmost attention. So in looking at your other reviews I GUESS WE FIT RIGHT IN WITH DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!!
