  • I have never had the pleasure of dealing with anyone in the auto industry who were as pleasant as these folks. Rob gave me Grade A customer service from very beginning to end and was extremely thorough in his communication with me throughout the process. The one time I spoke with Rafo, I will say it was the same way, extremely pleasant. They're running a great shop and did great work on my car after I was rear ended and needed to make a decision between choosing a shop or letting Progressive handle it. I'm glad I went with my gut on this one. Even the interior of my car is impeccable and I wasn't expecting that as that is not the way it was when I gave it to them. Great job guys!
