  • I regrettably trusted this business to do a complete transmission overhaul for my Lexus and less than four years later the transmission is shot. I always serviced the transmission just like they recommend and it's still busted. I called and since it's no longer under warranty, I was told "bring it in and we can take a look at it." Really, why on earth would I go back to a place that does terrible work just to be scammed again and the vicious cycle of ripping me off continues. This was a very expensive repair that turned out to be disastrous to say the least. A transmission overhaul done properly should last 20 years, not three years. I'm disgusted, don't ever take your vehicle here for anything!
