  • Pros: -great area and friendly enough staff and neighbors. -ceiling fans are very effective. -spacious bathroom/master bedroom -nice size pantry Cons: -expensive -loud A/C -critters sneak in all the time, especially crickets. -floor in bathroom and laundry room gets dirty easily. -thin carpet that bunches in some areas. -sometimes my microwave is possessed and I have to turn it off for a few hours. -countertop in kitchen stains easily. -closet could be a bit bigger -high electricity bill
