The service department is very poorly organized and service jobs take longer than expected because of that.
I called to check to see if there was a recall on my car. I confirmed twice on the phone that there was. Then I get to the service centre and they say that they never ran my VIN and in fact there was no recall! Very frustrating.
While waiting 30 minutes for them to figure that out, I also saw them order the wrong side mirror for a customer and a litany of other failures.
If being clear and checking and checking again is not enough, I am not sure what you can do to make the service go better.
Also parts costs are 33% more than I was able to find elsewhere.
