  • Short Story: Selection in store for tile, carpet and laminate is great. No samples, but they are good about letting you take photos. the measuring and install team is a joke and doesn't show up. Long Story: We were really excited about a carpet we found for our new home, and told Maria the pretty tight timeline we were looking at for install. She ensured us it could be done and told us they would come at 9 am the next day to measure. The next day, no one showed up. When I called at 12 and 4 I was told the guy was 'on his way'. I finally had to leave at 7 pm, and at 8:30 pm I got a call from a guy saying he was there. Maria called the next day all apologies, and I told her I would be at the house in the evening from 5-7, but I had to leave AT 7. She assured me someone would be there right at 5. Again, no one showed. The next morning I got a call from a guy asking when he could come measure, and I told him we would not be using them. Now we are on an even tighter timeline and have to find a new carpet.
