  • For a 4 1/2 star establishment I am appalled by their lack of etiquette. Assuming that my sister did not speak Vietnamese, a male nail tech rudely commented that her 3 year old daughter was not pretty in the face. Totally unacceptable to make a comment like this and especially towards a child! It should be common knowledge not to make rude comments about people in general but for paying customers? Wow.
