  • I sent in my wife to inquire on brake noise, they told her it was tires. They assured me that was the problem, well after tires were changed and shocks being what they said was the cause of problem, were also changed, my wife drove away just to soon right after, same day hear the same problem sound. We went to another NTB and they said it was definitely the brakes. We got scammed into buying tires and brakes were that bad and this NTW on albemarle rd didnt have the competence to tell my wife and me the truth or the knowledge to figure out the REAL problem. After we complained through customer service, we received an unsatisfactory partial refund. Shows what they really think of us after we not only paid almost $1,000, we opened up a NTB credit card just to pay at least half the bill. NTB will never receive any referrals from me. I will be posting my personal review on as many websites to warn others about the mischievous dealings done at that location. I mean really, they can't tell what break noise sounds like? They really don't care about telling you the truth or being fair, and the manager said he doesn't care if we call corporate. This is the worst kind of customer service you can ever get from any place.
