Massive kudos to National - I left a leather notebook, with all my business meeting notes in it, in the car.
I realized this when I got to the airport, I immediately called back to the rental car center. Unfortunately the company that cleans cars isn't National. However I was directed to a website and filled out a response. I also left a vm with National.
Well, I got an email response next day and had my notebook back in my hands later in the week.
Now that's great customer service!
