Update: my prescription glasses were taking longer than usual so I called after 10 days to check on my status. They said they had received my glasses from the lab but they "didn't meet standards". She said I apologize "we had to send them back because we can't give you anything less than perfect."
I said of course but hat bothers me is that I didn't get a notice. Also, how am I not supposed to be annoyed that their lab messed up my order? Anyways what a waste of time! Honestly at this point I wanted to be reimbursed but I just wanted it all to end. Please do yourself a favor and do not use Target Optical!
