  • I love my apartment! I love the layout and the updated appliances. The only thing I would like is more storage space (linen closet, bigger coat closet, etc). For the most part, the complex is quiet and I like that its gated. My major complaints are rent prices and parking. I can't believe how much my rent went up and I renewed my lease. I understand that it's in a nice area and I have an updated apartment, but it went up a lot. The other major issue is parking. I am fed up with having random people park in my parking space because there are only a few guest parking spots. The same cars occupy the guest parking (residents who must have 2 cars and only 1 space) which is VERY unfair. The inconvenience of having someone park in your spot, while you pay those rent prices, is just unacceptable. The staff is very nice and I never have a problem with them, but they don't fix this issue. EVER. I will not be renewing my lease due to the fact I'm afraid my rent prices will go up again and it's just not worth it.
