  • I have been trying to transfer ownership of my unit from my company to another company. I went in and filled out all of the paper work and they said they would call me when it was approved. No call back and they will not return my calls. This place is the worst Public Storage unit I have ever used. Every other Public Storage I have used has been fine. This one is terrible. They never have carts and they rent out units to homeless people. Because this unit is for a business, I am there often at 6am. Every time I have been there at 6am the same homeless women comes in and goes into the basement and disappears someplace. Not certain but I think that is illegal. I will check with the Health Department.
