  • OMG, I love Nobu. Talk about understatement... Like my experience at Bouchon, we had a set menu but I didn't care! It was quite simply amazing! My favorite: A lettuce wrap cod... It was so delicious. Seafood Skeptics were even keen on the whole Nobu menu! They also had a spicy tuna salad that was just impeccable! Did I already say that I loved Nobu???? Please go... and keep in mind, a Jap Sushi dinner is never complete without Sake. I only wish I remember the name of the Sake I tried... but I'm sure after 10 shots they all tend to taste alike.
