I have all my mammograms and ultrasounds performed here out of convenience over the last 15 years or so. The facility appears to be clean and techs are professional My issue is with their billing department. They claim they send out statements and then call to collect when bill is overdue. This has happened twice in the last 2 years. I can only blame it on the post office once which did not happen as I keep all my medical statements received in a file with dates, etc. This billing department is the worst and when you finally reach someone who can answer a question they treat you as if you're lying. Try calling them and the system has you leave a message and they'll call you back within 24 hours. Horrible customer service!
