  • Ryan and Marv provided us with the best experience that we could have asked for. The process started out with the CAD rendering of our pool, with various options. With fountains. Without fountains. With Spa. It really helped us to imagine what our dream yard would look like...And this was before we had committed or signed anything. After deciding on what we wanted, the finance aspect was next. We were given a fully itemized breakdown of what each piece of equipment would cost, the exact price of labor, and a timeframe of completion. To top it off, they were even able to line us up with several financing options and assist us with the process. Fast forward to the completed pool: It was EXACTLY what we wanted. 2 fountains, a wet deck for the kids with an umbrella holder, a swim up bar seat and a heater. They were even able to arrange the landscaping for us in one tidy price. After hearing horror stories of pool building, this was a dream come true. Deadlines were met (and early), pricing was competitive, there was no nickle and dime'ing us for any overages (a couple extra plants), they followed up for weeks after final installation and even made a couple of house calls, and they continue to keep in touch with us (delivering chocolates over the holidays). I've referred a few homes on the block to California Pools and will continue to send customers their way for as long as Marv and Ryan are working together!
