  • I am so upset I ever signed up for this place. I only signed up because the teacher I liked was great but she left last week. The other teachers look like they hate their life and are on auto just going through the class. They don't help at all and don't care. I really didn't want to write this review but I have two for several reasons. One they harmed me for another month after I cancelled and they told me it was month to month. I made it pretty clear when I was signing up I wanted to try it for one month only. Now I have to pay for a month I am not going which is unfortunate since it is so expensive. Two the one small bathroom they have doesn't have any seat covers ever. Three the heart rate monitor never works so I never get a good work out. My name is never on the screen so I never see how I am doing Four half of the time is on the treadmill which I can do at another gym for half the price. Since none of the teachers challenge me in there it is pointless being there. No wonder they are closing down left in right in San Francisco and other locations.
