  • As a home owner that worked with Charlotte Homes and Rentals, I cannot recommend them for anyone planning to rent their home. The home had a warranty, which should have made things easier, but they continued to harass me for decisions on things I was paying them to make/handle. They were not straightforward with me nor the tenants and thus we (the tenants and I) ended up in court. Thankfully, due to the pictures I took within two days of the tenants moving out that reflected the true damages, a judge disregarded the note from Charlotte Homes and Rentals to the tenants, two years later, that they had complied with the rental agreement and should have received a full security deposit. Beware and find another property management company.
