  • Beautiful hotel. Beautiful views&tons of amenities!! We won't be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone, ever. My husband and I tried to have a staycation here for the weekend with our two dogs. First of all, they spelled our last name wrong when I made the reservation after I spelled it multiple times. She even apparently took my credit card # and name down as well. Then they said I couldn't have a late checkout unless I was a member or if someone didn't need the room. So since we aren't members checkin time for our room was 4pm so we basically checked in when the day was half over. We had to stand in line forever too by the way. They told us they would send an email a few days ago to see if we could have a later check out I never got an email and if I had known we weren't able to I would have canceled and stayed another time. They said, we have no room reservation under your name and no credit card record. My husband settled for a twin room cause apparently that's all they had. When they could have asked for an email to confirm the name to find my reservation. So how are my husband and I and our two dogs supposed to fit in a twin room......... So I called and tried to clear it up the lady said all she sees is that I have stayed here before and it was a previous King room. When this was our first and only and last reservation we will ever have here. She finally figured it out and magically a king room appeared. So we moved. Both rooms we're extremely loud. I made it to the hotel at 9pm. Screaming kids. On both sides of the connecting doors of this f****** room. You're joking me. So I called. They called security to tell them to keep it down. No luck. Still loud and annoying. I think they thought since we had dogs maybe they would be barking so they would stick us next to two rooms full of loud children and parents that could care less? ....not the case our dogs are well behaved and quiet. Anyways we turned up the tv so we could barely hear them. Managed to get to sleep. The bed is uncomfortable. Tossed and turned all night. Pillows are ok. But rest assured 730am those kids were up yelling and screaming and talking and their parents too, talking on the loudest volume an adult could have. ITS SUNDAY. 730am on a SUNDAY morning. I got no sleep. They told me to call for a late checkout at 4pm. Called this morning. No can do. 12pm is the best. Wow really. They offered to hold on to our bags while we stayed. I guess they are able to watch out dogs then as well right? It's now 9am and I have a headache and these kids are so freaking loud on both sides I have almost yelled at them to shut up. I would vouch to move rooms but like I said were only here until 12. We will not be back and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. My dad was planning on spending some time here but he will have better luck elsewhere. We're so disappointed. Update: they charged my card an additional $150 for no reason cause no one deleted the separate stay..... So annoying This is not something that is supposed to happen at a nice high end hotel. This is something I would expect from motel 6.
