  • Be careful before you sign a lease AND be sure you have all of your roommates that you want to live with ready to sign when you do. If not, this place will randomly assign you a roommate without any advance notification or communication. Management has determined that it is too difficult to communicate proactively with their paying customers. My suggestion is to seek another place to live...unless you enjoy the thrill of living with a complete stranger.
