  • Beware if anyone is trying to book with them you will be disappointed. We had a group of three families wanted to go to St. Maarten (Maho Beach) during March break. We spoke to them on Monday Feb. 10th and they quoted us a reasonable price which included an ocean view room, all-inclusive. After speaking to the other families we agreed to go ahead with the booking. Called them and gave them our visa card two days later. Next morning we got an email from them. Prices went up $100 each adult! We were not happy but agreed to go ahead with the booking. Two days later we get another email. This time they are saying that they can't fit 2 adults and 2 kids in one room so we need to book 2 rooms! She should have known this information before we went ahead with the booking and before I gave her my credit card. So again the prices went up! We were very upset on the time we wasted, on the inexperienced staff and error on their part but they couldn't even admit it! I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this was going to happen. Not only did I ruin our family's holiday but ruined it for the other two families.
