  • The pilot light went out on our water heater and we couldn't get it back on. Called Eric, who answered the phone, and he told me what I needed to do without coming out. That kind of helpfulness and honesty is extremely impressive since he could have come out and charged me -- and I would have been grateful. This is definitely who I'll call if I have future plumbing problems.
