  • We went to this branch to pay off a car loan with funds from my buyer. I was treated like a criminal from the moment I walked in the door. They asked me to remove my hat and sunglasses (i wasn't wearing sun glasses). I understood and complied. While doing the transaction i decided to place my baseball cap on backwards to free my hands, thus keeping my face exposed. The tellers became nasty and again insisted that I remove my hat. My face was fully exposed, not sure what the issue is. I felt that I was treated this way base of he color of my skin. My Asian buyer was treated the same way and was insulted as well. Worst customer service ever. I will not do business with them again.
