  • I've been living here for 8 months now, I picked this certain complex mainly for location and security. I was given a tour by Hawke, and honestly he was so incredible and provided all the information I needed to make my decision. This is a new apt complex, so as days go by new rules come about which can be kind of annoying. Parking is one reason I couldn't give it 5 stars, they only have 15 parking spaces for visitors for the entire place of 240 residents. After 8pm over 20 uncovered parking spots available and empty every night but visitors still can NOT park in. And the tow truck company roams the lot at every hours of the day. They recently changed management so I am interested in seeing how this will effect us. Another reason I gave it 3 Stars is because they got rid of Hawke. He was so genuine and attentive. I really hope thy consider bringing him back!
