| - AS A NEW RESIDENT TO LAS VEGAS/SUMMERLIN I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!! I work in hotels and was offered an amazing job and service is very important to me and I have very high standards! I was and still am very unfamiliar with Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. I contacted multiple apartment complexes and felt very discouraged by the process. I found Altessa online and thought it looked interesting and I would give it a shot. Machele answered the phone and I was instantly hooked! I work in Sales and know that anyone can sell you anything, but it takes more than that to talk with the person, to understand their needs and wants, both implied and non implied, and to match the amenties as features and how they can benfit you. Machele has been AMAZING and helped me through the process even when things on my end kept changing she kept her patience and worked through everything with me. I felt like she was on my team and didn't just want the apartments filled, she made me feel like she genuinely cared and still does as I am now a resident. I can not say enough good things about Machele. She is a 100 out of 10 when it comes to helping people get settled in. I do not know a single person in Las Vegas and she has made me feel extremely welcome and checks in to see how I am doing. I am so thrilled with my choice. Sally is also amazing as well! When I drove in from the Bay Area, worn down, tired, hungry, they had cookies, coffee, and big smiles on their face to welcome me. Even when I accidentally blocked their entire driveway because I do not know how to navigate a 15 foot uhaul with my truck on a trailer behind it. I was a hot mess and they worked with me, never against me and continue to do so. Sally showed us where the apartment was (I did not physically see the place prior to move in and was sent great pictures which were just like what the property looks like, I truly bought from Machele and her amazing service). Sally has been amazing with questions, advice, helping when Machele is not in the office, and being available when I need assistance. There was an issue with my ice maker when we got here and they contacted Craig in engineering and he has been amazing, the problem was fixed immediately, and he provided advice about the area, and even introduced me to his wife when they were walking their dog. When you live on a property you sometimes may want to avoid your tenants, and this was not the case at all. Craig also assisted me with what I needed to to in regards to power, gas, and items Machele had informed me of but I had neglected to do in the forefront. He made some great reccommendations for cable providers. Natalie has been amazing on every encounter and her and Machele helped to print out very important documents as I am also working on selling a home. I mentioned it and they were like send it to us, we will take care of it, and they followed through. The grounds are quiet, but there are people who are friendly throughout the community. As a workout person the gym is amazing compared to other experiences, the pool and hot tub are beautiful and everything so clean!!!! They knew I liked tennis and trail running and provided me with maps. They have helped me and conitnue to help me navigate and feel comfortable. There is a 24 hour grocery store within 5 minutes along with nails (this is important), gas station, pizza and some other eateries. You are 5 minutes from Red Rock Casino and Resort which is a great hotspot for locals! Everything is right here and I don't need to be near the Strip and all of it's craziness after I have been working there all day! I am beyond happy with every interaction, experience, and their socials they plan are extremely popular and a great way to meet friends. I did not attend the one last week but it was such a great time it went two hours past when it was supposed to stop because the residents all had such a great time. I think this speaks volumes because I am sure the team (Machele, Sally, and Natalie) had other things to do in their personal time. I drove by and saw so many people and when I was in the leasing office this morning two residents stopped in to thank them so I am kicking myself for not going. Those people did not have to take their time to pop in and I believe it speaks to the culture that is created by the team. Machele, thank you for helping me get settled and to not feel alone in a brand new city! I would rate this 10 stars or even 100, I normally do not do YELP reviews but I felt compelled so that others would know Altessa is the place to be!!!!
